Puremix is the UK's first personalised multi-channel music site which and offers a broad range of music from jazz to nu metal together with personalised entertainment and information. The site, which launched on October 31st 2000, was founded by Keith Pringle and Ande Macpherson who both have extensive backgrounds in broadcast radio.

Other members of the management team include Miriam Neville as Business Development Director, Cheryl Allen, Chief Commercial Officer and Tom Webster, Chief Information Officer. puremix is backed by the UK media and music company Chrysalis Group plc who have TV production, radio and music interests in the UK and Europe.
